Our Running Company has a variety of services to choose from. Either run with our groups and/or partner one-on-one with our Coaches.

Our Kamino Running Group meet once a week in Coquitlam @ Trevor Wingrove Way (TD Community Plaza) - lots of parking).

 

We do the following:

 

1. Guided Stretch 

2. Guided Run

3. Cold Down/Stretch

4. Socialize.

Our weekly runs are a social run held at an easy (conversational) pace to help you network with friends and other runners.
