It is Daniel Simpson, your running coach and Owner of Kamino Running Co.
About Me: Growing up on El Camino Drive in Coquitlam, BC is where my journey into the world of running began. Despite being athletically inclined, I grappled with weight issues throughout my youth. I began to foster a passion for running at sixteen years old.
Fast forward to today, and at 25 years old I have lost over 70 lbs of weight and have fallen more in love with Running. Which has brought me to launching this Coquitlam based company, Kamino Running Co based in the heart of Coquitlam.
