Duration: Easy Pace Fun Run 5.00 to 6.00 Kms (approx)

When: Every Wednesday Nights @ 6:30 pm

Where: We meet outside TD Community Plaza near Trevor Wingrove Way, Coquitlam, BC V3B 7S4.

Come join us for about an hour of collective strides, socializing, and running. Our coaches will take you on guided routes where you get to see the beautiful City of Coquitlam. Come ready in running attire and dressed for the weather.
